A 50% downpayment is required to secure your slot and start the commission process.4. Creation & Delivery 🎨🧸
I will start working on your order. Once finished and fully paid, your digital file will be sent or your clay item will be shipped/delivered.

💖 TERMS & AGREEMENT1. PaymentA 50% downpayment is needed before I start your order so I can secure your slot and materials. The remaining balance will be paid before I send the final artwork or ship your item.2. Turnaround TimeEach artwork is made with care 💕 Digital art usually takes 3–7 days, while clay figurines may take 7–14 days depending on the design.3. RevisionYou may request up to 2 small revisions for digital art (like minor color or detail changes). Big changes or full redraws may have an extra fee.4. UsageAll commissions are for personal use only (gifts, profile pictures, keepsakes) unless we agree on commercial use before starting.5. Artwork RightsI may post the finished artwork or progress shots on my page/portfolio unless you request privacy before I start your order.6. CancellationOnce I start working on your order, cancellations are no longer allowed since time and materials are already spent. The downpayment is non-refundable.7. StyleAll artworks are created in my own cute art style 🎨 Requests to copy other artists’ styles are not accepted, but I always do my best to match your vision.8. Shipping FeeShipping fees are not included in the commission price and will be shouldered by the buyer. The shipping fee will depend on the delivery location and courier rates and will be confirmed before shipment.
